Generally: The properties are constructed to the highest standards. The main structure consists of reinforced concrete ring beams tied through concrete blocks to a hipped roof finished with Wallaba shingles. Concrete floors run through out the properties finished with tiles to bathrooms.
 

 

Walls & ceilings: Rendered & finished in natural troweltex. Ceilings are pickled pine tongue & grooved boarding with satin white cornice detail.
   
Joinery: Moulded skirting with matching architrave, painted satin white. Open plan staircase with pickled pine treads and satin white staircase.
   
Window: Low maintenance purpose made UPVC windows finished in white.
   
Doors: Solid paneled and louver doors, painted and finished with chrome finish ironmongery.
   
Kitchen &
appliances:
Comprehensively fitted kitchen with marble tiled worktops, incorporating SMEG oven and hob, hood & dishwasher with GE double door fridge/freezer, plus self-contained laundry with Whirlpool washer & dryer combination.
   
Bedrooms: Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with sliding louvered doors finished in satin white with stainless steel handles.
   
Bathrooms: Stark white sanitary ware, vessel basins with chrome faucets & hardwood vanity tables with matching mirrors.
